Carrot cake
Ingredients :
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
3 cups shredded carrots
Dough:
2 1/4 cup flour
1:2 tsp BP
1/2 bicarbonate sodium
1 tsp cinnamon
Icing:
3/4 cup confectionary sugar
5 Tbs creamy cheese
1/2 butter stick
1 - 2 tbs milk
Directions:
In a blender , mix brown and white sugar with eggs and oil.
Pour over carrots and dough ingredients.
Spread in an oven pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 160 C
For icing, blend ingredients until it becomes thick .
