dates Cheesecake




1-1 cup biscuits of any type (half-crunched)

2-2 tablespoon butter

3-1 tablespoons honey

4 - ½ cup sugar

5 - half cup water

6-1 cup pass Loose cores and minced

7-1 decent cup liquid (whipped cream and put in the fridge)

8 - tray intensive milk (Nestle)

9 - a cup and a half of cream cheese

10 - teaspoon vanilla

(To work Overpack dates)

1-1 teaspoon gelatin grinded (sold at Attar)

2 - one-third cup boiling water

3 - a quarter cup of boiling syrup

4 - one-third of a cup of cold water

* Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and add cold water and dates paste and stir, then drain


Way

1 - blends both ground biscuits with honey and butter and rub a good hand
